In addition to the 2 challenge types in reCAPTCHA, 'dynamic' and 'multicaptcha', there is now a challenge type called 'imageselect'. In order to be able to keep solving reCAPTCHA challenges without nonfree software, we need to support this one as well. First, however, we need to investigate how it works
